Introducing Our Meat For the Week Recipe Book: March Edition

We’ve recently introduced our Meat for the Week Recipe Book—a series where we share 7 delicious recipes using all the products in our Meat for the Week pack. Our aim is to make cooking even easier, taking the guesswork out of meal planning and providing you with simple and delicious meal inspiration without the stress of having to decide what to cook! 

Each month, there will be a new edition of our recipe book, which  will be shared on our socials along with downloadable recipe cards with step-by-step instructions.

The first edition of our recipe book is packed with hearty and comforting dishes that the whole family can enjoy.

This Month’s Recipes:

Monday – 🍅 Tomato Sausage Traybake – A simple and flavorful one-pan meal featuring our juicy Tomato Sausages roasted with baby potatoes,peppers and  red onions. Perfect for a fuss-free dinner.

Tuesday – 🥧 Chicken, Leek & Stilton Pie with Creamy Mash – A comforting classic with our award winning pie, filled with tender chicken and leeks in a rich, creamy stilton sauce, encased in our delicious  pastry. Served with buttery mashed potatoes for the ultimate indulgence.

Wednesday – 🌮 Quick & Easy Beef Tacos – A simple but delicious meal! Seasoned minced beef is served in crunchy taco shells with fresh salsa, crisp lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream for a quick and tasty meal.

Thursday – 🍋 Lemon & Herb Chicken with Couscous & Roasted Veg – A fresh and zesty dish featuring marinated chicken, served with light and fluffy couscous alongside roasted vegetables.

Friday – 🍷 Beef Bourguignon – A slow-cooked French classic, rich with red wine,  our tender beef, mushrooms, onions. Perfect for a cosy night in.

Saturday – 🍯 Honey Mustard Gammon with Homemade Chips & Green Beans – A deliciously sweet and savory glazed gammon, served with crispy homemade chips and tender green beans for a satisfying meal.

Sunday – 🍗 Perfectly Roasted Chicken for a Sunday Feast – A beautifully seasoned and roasted whole chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, served with all the classic Sunday roast trimmings.
