Lloyds Register are the Food sector specialist from Farming to Hospitality overseeing the entire food and drink supply chain. Providing real time assurance working closely with Owen Taylor & Sons. Lloyds Register are a third-party independent certification service. Expert inspectors tour our premises each year to ensure compliance with all food safety legislation including HACCP plans and Quality Control Systems ensuring that all products meet the most exacting standards and full traceability of products are assured from farm to plate.

STS Solutions carry out full inspections of our premises on behalf of the Public Sector to ensure food hygiene standards are maintained and improved upon ensuring that the goods we provide to the most venerable sectors of our community comply with all aspects of food safety and quality.

National Pie & Pasty Competition at the 2008 Foodex Meatex Exhibition

April 2008 – The Owen Taylor Huntsman Pie was crowned National Supreme Champion product of the show as well as its category winner of the Speciality cold Eating Pie. The Owen Taylor Huntsman Pie is based on the traditional pork pie casing recipe layered with chicken breast and topped with stuffing.
