INCOMING GOODS OPERATIVE

Hours: Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 16:00pm. You will be required to work some Saturdays and flexibility on the shift hours will be required.  This is a permanent position.

 

Key duties include the unloading of goods and the moving/controlling of stock. Candidates must be able to work in a cold and damp environment and be able to carry out manual/heavy lifting work. Experience of handling incoming goods and counterbalance fork lift truck operation is essential. Butchery knowledge and stock management systems would be an advantage.

INCOMING GOODS SUPERVISOR 

We have a permanent vacancy for Goods in Supervisor.

Hours: 05.00 hours to 15.00 hours Monday to Friday. You will be required to work some Saturdays.

Key Duties include:

  1. Supervising the Goods In team and all relevant aspects of being a Supervisor (more detailed Job Description can be supplied)
  2. Yearly reviews of your team
  3. Unloading of goods and the moving/controlling of stock
  4. Able to complete manual and heavy lifting
  5. Counterbalance forklift licence holder
  6. To be well organised
  7. To maintain levels of stock
  8. To be able to work on the computerised scales system
  9. Butchery knowledge would be an advantage
  10. All other reasonably requested duties

NIGHT SHIFT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME)

We require a night shift Office Administrator for our busy team.

The approx. total of working days will be 2 days with an approx. total of 10 hours (5 hours per shift). We are able to discuss the working days but these will be predominantly between Monday to Friday night. The hours are between 19.30 hours to 00.30 hours Monday to Thursday and 18.00 hours to 00.30 hours Friday. This is a part time vacancy and as such hours/days worked will vary. 

The successful candidate will be required to cover absence and as such should be flexible.

Requirements for the role: 

Office experience would be advantageous but not essential. 

Flexibility is essential with this role. 

The ability to use a computer is essential as is being able to type to a reasonable speed. 

You will be required to extract orders from the answer machine accurately and transfer them to our in house system.

You will be required to work on your own at times and as such should be confident.

You may be required to train during the day shift initially so hours will vary.


 

FULL TIME HYGIENE OPERATIVES

We have a vacancy for a Hygiene Operative. The successful candidate will be given full training on all aspects of the role. The role includes the following tasks:

Jet hosing, working with chemicals, stock rotation, following strict hygiene standards and a cleaning schedule, office, factory and machinery cleaning.

Working hours may be negotiable. The role is a 6 day week role (we can reduce to 5 days with a day off during the week if required) from Monday to Saturday. 

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 11.00 to 19.00 hours and Saturday 08.00 hours to 14.00 hours additional hours may be required.

Wages meet National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage

FACTORY OPERATIVES

Hours: Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 15:00 and occasional Saturdays will be required

These are permanent positions and can be an immediate start

Wage: Meets Nat Min Wage (National Living Wage where applicable).

Key duties include assembling and packing of raw meat products. Candidates must be able to work in a cold and damp environment. Experience of working in busy production environment would be an advantage.
