NACB Foodservice Competition Meat Craftsman 2015

We are pleased to announce that Pat Crowder, one of our excellent retail shop butchers, is one of five finalists to compete in the Chef Butchery Skills Champion competition held on Wednesday 1st July 2015. The NACB competition is hosted by Meatup Foodservice and Technology show at the National Agricultural Exhibition Centre in Warwickshire. The competition will commence at 09.00 hours to 11.30 hours and the winner will be announced immediately after.

Pat will be judged on the following criteria:
1. A shoulder of lamb and a rump of beef to be turned into effective profitable cuts or products giving   maximum yield and minimal waste

2. Hygiene and working practices will be assessed

3. Innovation and skills

EBLEX are sponsoring the competition and as such they will be judging it.
