Meat Product Competition at the NEC Birmingham, Monday 24th March 2014
Staff at Owen Taylors were ecstatic at the NEC to scoop two prestigious awards from one of the main national product competitions. Quality butchers from around the UK compete in this competition that is held only every two years.
We received four Gold awards and to top off the success this year we achieved two category winners namely the “Ploughman’s Pork Pie” that won the Speciality Cold Eating Pie and the shop product “Chicken Dinner” that won the best Ready Meal. The silverware is now happily on display in our retail shop.
