In January we advised that we had successfully entered a Larder Trim Sirloin steak into the EBLEX England’s Best Sirloin Steak 2015 and we were awarded the Gold award. To update you further, the awards ceremony is taking place on 22nd April 2015 at London where our Larder Trim Steak is entered in the overall Independent Butcher category. It will compete against two other candidates.
Further to this excellent news, we have also received Gold awards for our ‘Denver Fire Steak’ which is a finalist in the England’s Best Innovative Steak category and our 12” Steak and Stilton pie, also a finalist in England’s Best Steak Pie category. A winner of all categories will be announced at the awards ceremony in April along with an overall winner.
Silver awards were given for our Individual Steak & Ale pie, Individual Steak pie, 12” Steak & Ale pie and our Longhorn Larder Trimmed Sirloin steak.
